The Thermostat Leader: Emotional Regulation Under Pressure
An interactive leadership development course designed to help professionals regulate their emotional responses, remain composed under pressure, and make more thoughtful decisions in challenging workplace situations.
Learners explore the thermostat metaphor to understand emotional regulation, develop self-awareness, and respond constructively to difficult situations. The experience combines realistic workplace scenarios, interactive reflection activities, multimedia learning, and knowledge checks to help learners apply practical emotional regulation strategies.

Workplace Fire Safety Training
An interactive workplace fire-safety simulation built in Articulate Storyline 360 and Vyond. The learner moves through a developing office fire emergency, making critical decisions about extinguisher use, evacuation, electrical fires, emergency exits, and missing coworkers.
Each decision produces an immediate consequence, while a cumulative score tracks performance across the experience and determines whether the learner successfully completes the training or is directed to try again.

The course emphasizes recognizing non-verbal stress cues, reducing unnecessary demands, maintaining physical space, offering supportive choices, and prioritizing student safety. Using branching scenarios, interactive activities, and immediate feedback, educators develop practical de-escalation strategies that help students regain emotional control, feel supported, and successfully re-engage in classroom learning.
